看起来，PP （active inference）就是在解决这两个问题
1. 多层级的更新
2. 通过发现 error 最多的地方去调整
The brain suppresses details unless the high-level prediction is violated.
If something unexpected happens, it increases the resolution at the sensory level to gather more accurate data.
